TEXITURA is one of the main international magazines consisting of PATTERN DESIGN trends. For more than 40 years, each issue of the magazine is a burst of graphic inspiration for decoration of all kinds of surfaces. Each issue deals with a trend topic and offers several color palettes and more than 100 original fully vector designs and on-purpose created for this publication.

Andrea Cecilia Semino, one of the current designers of Mokita (being part of another Design studio, Estudio 358, was in charge of the presentation of graphic pieces in order to enter the tender of designers of the Texitura magazine, having been chosen on 3 occasions: Texitura 58 AW 18-19(2017) , Texitura 59 The Flower Book(2018) y Texitura 61 The Vintage 70´s Book(2019).

Emitex, Simatex and Confemaq, is a national fair of the apparel and textile sector, the biggest one of the industry which takes place in Buenos Aires once a year and it is sponsored and promoted by Messe Frankfurt of Argentina.

In February 2018 a tender took place taking the design as an innovation strategy, under the motto  “Constant Movement”. Our designer Luciana Ferrer was in charge of the project for such tender and the studio she was representing at that time (Etudio 358) was chosen and was part of the Design Point of the Emitex Fair, a space dedicated to the winning projects of the emerging national textile designers.

The purpose of the tender was to promote the national design in all its applications, as well as new professionals and their projects, both nationwide and worldwide.
